LOOKING FOR 3 DIFFERENT CARE DELIVERY MANAGERS IN RIDGEWOOD, QUEENS - AMITYVILLE, NY AND WESTCHESTER, NY. REQUIREMENTS FOR TH ROLE ARE AS FOLLOWS: 5 PLUS YEARS AS A RN IN THE PAST, 2 PLUS YEARS AS A MANAFER OVERSEEING ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES, 1 PLUS YEARS PERIENCE WORKING WITH ELDERLY OR HOME HEALTH AGENCY, NEED TO BE NY CERTIFIED WITHIN NURSING, CASE MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION RECOMMENDED. SALARY 120,000 TO 125,000 PER YEAR
