Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines.
Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
Identify and suggest improvements in processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a call center or remote customer support role.
Familiarity with e-commerce or technical support.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
