Step Up as Our Deputy Manager!

We’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Deputy Manager to support the smooth running of one of our children’s homes. What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Deputy Manager, you’ll be the go-to support for the Registered Manager, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for the young people in our care. You’ll:

Support day-to-day operations, ensuring the home runs smoothly and efficiently.
Lead and inspire the team, promoting our core values of collaboration, transparency, and passion.
Step into leadership, taking charge in the Registered Manager’s absence.
Champion quality care, ensuring young people feel supported emotionally, physically, and socially.
Focus on compliance, keeping up with safeguarding, health and safety, and all policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:
You’re already a leader in the making if you:

Hold at least a Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Childcare (and are ready to work towards a Level 5).
Have experience working in a children’s residential setting and understand what makes a home ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding.’
Are organised, proactive, and love working in a team.
Are committed to safeguarding and delivering the highest standards of care.
Are willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
