📞 Role: Provide emergency roadside assistance to customers with roadside benefits through their automotive insurance or vehicle owner's package.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers needing emergency roadside assistance.
Coordinate with service providers to arrange help for vehicle breakdowns, towing, or other roadside needs.
Deliver excellent customer service while staying calm and professional during emergencies.
Document all interactions accurately for follow-up and record-keeping.
