We are seeking " Hospitality Project Manager – Construction/CapEx " for one of our esteemed clients based at Denver, CO and your experience aligns exceptionally well with what they are.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up construction and capital expenditure (CapEx) projects within the hospitality sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel construction and renovations, demonstrating excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards, while maintaining brand compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and oversee operational projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with company goals.
• Manage the contract bidding and award process for designers, consultants, and contractors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
• Estimate, review, and negotiate change orders while maintaining accurate change order logs.
• Assemble and manage comprehensive project documentation, including records and close-out materials.
• Ensure construction product delivery aligns with contract specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
• Organize and facilitate key project meetings, including kick-offs, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations.
• Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and oversee project team members to ensure timely completion of objectives.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze project performance data and provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide regular project status updates and performance reports to ownership.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve operational challenges during project execution.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct project punch-list inspections and mitigate project risks for ownership.
• Establish and manage project KPIs, including schedule, budget, design, safety, stakeholder expectations, and relationships.

Education, Experience, and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in construction or maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Bilingual communication skills in English (Spanish preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends if required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders professionally and confidentially.
• Physically capable of performing tasks in various conditions and settings as required for normal job duties.
