About the Role:
Join a leading real estate agency founded by a renowned British power couple with deep expertise in both the UK and Dubai markets. As a Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional, youll be at the forefront of Dubais booming property market, working with high-end clients and luxury properties.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include, but not limit to:
- Crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies for premium properties.
- Conducting property valuations and leading exclusive client viewings.
- Navigating the complexities of Dubais real estate regulations.
- Negotiating deals from initial viewing to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Proactively generating new business through networking and leveraging the agencys extensive database.
