Snr Quality Control needs Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field plus 5+ years relevant experience
Snr Quality Control requires:
2+ years of working experience leading teams in a matrixed organization
Proficient with Microsoft tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, PowerBI, etc.).
Experience operating in an Agile/Scrum team.
Experience developing KPIs and tracking status
Experience delivering Master Test Plans, test estimates, test cases, test scenarios, defect reports, final test summary reports, and test status reports
Ability to prioritize testing based on risk; exposure in Testing Process Development
Experience with Structured Test Planning, testing tracking software
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of testing tools.
Proficient with issue tracking tools.
Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization
Experience coordinating lab testing and related activities
Experience in the implementation of continuous improvement (CI), lean and/or six sigma methodologies
A proven toolkit of CI methodologies coupled with the ability to implement and drive process improvements down through all levels of the organization to improve efficiency and productivity while eliminating waste
Ability to develop a standard set of metrics to track operational performance, drive operational discipline, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and waste elimination.
Formal training/certification in one or more tool sets
Experience in the Capability Model Maturity Integration (CMMI) appraisal process.
Snr Quality Control duties:
Reviews project deliverables and produces the compliance checklist
Monitors, evaluates, and makes recommendations on QC tasks
Conducts investigations on technical problems on installed networks, systems, and products; produces QC Root Cause Analysis
